Upgraded InLine Leach Reactor set to boost efficiency at Houndé Mine

Gekko’s InLine Leach Reactor (ILR) has been a trusted technology for intensive leaching of gold and silver concentrates since 1996, operating successfully in over 30 countries. Building on user feedback, Gekko’s design and automation teams have introduced new software and hardware updates to enhance ILR performance

The upgrades include refined automation on solution flows, improved piping / valve systems and upgraded instrumentation. The PLC program has been updated, and an improved automated valving system on the discharge hopper have been installed. The ILR now offers improved process optimisation, more robust sequencing, remote support options, and enhanced analytics.
