Commissioning of the InLine Leach Reactor (ILR) at the Salinas Gold Mine Project in Brazil has been successfully completed. Gekko Senior Process Engineer Pierrie du Preez and the team at Salinas has worked hard to ensure that this project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
The mine is owned and operated by Fomentas Mining Company. The Gekko team was brought on board to install the ILR system at the mine, which will improve gold recovery and lower processing costs.
The ILR is a high-performance, automated leaching system that is designed to recover gold from concentrates. The system is known for its high gold recovery rates, and it is an important tool for the mining industry.
