Essential test work for customers is conducted by the Laboratory and Research Teams for those customers who require accurate and timely information.  The laboratory and research team is essential to the Gekko product development and delivery process, ensuring each Gekko customer receives the information they need to make informed decisions.

What we do?

Gekko Systems operates a fully equipped mineral processing laboratory housed within a modern purpose-built facility.  Our laboratory staff comprises a team of experienced professionals including metallurgists and chemical engineers.  They can provide input to test work programs to realise the recovery potential of customer's ore.

Test work programs include gravity separation, cyanide leaching, electro-winning, sizing and various other metallurgical analytical procedures.

The Laboratory Team is made up of highly qualified team members who draw on both on-site and technical experience gained at a variety of mine sites and laboratories.

Consisting of a Service Manager, Laboratory Manager, Senior Metallurgists, Technicians and Laboratory Assistants, this team combines its expertise and experience to ensure the timely preparation of samples for both onsite and offsite test work for Gekko customers worldwide.
