Each team’s mini business board is supported by the Gekko Leadership Group which visits fortnightly to discuss the progress, achievements and assist with resolving actions outside the team’s scope of control. This system provides an excellent cross function communication forum and all employees have the opportunity to attend this process on a rotational basis.

The workplace organisation phase is also underway with improvements in physical workflow and documentation, warehousing and equipment storage, as well as visual management.

All teams have made significant progress and are engaged in the holistic improvement of the business in all key result areas.

The third phase of practical problem solving will commence soon after with teams creating continuous improvement action lists and then applying specific lean tools to resolve the identified problems.

All teams have made significant progress and are engaged in the holistic improvement of the business in all key result areas.

This program has been undertaken by the company to further improve assistance with the efficient delivery of equipment and services to customers.
